30-day quality guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or does not arrive, contact henrrypro01@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date) with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the item.

Custom personalization

Every star map and engraving is made just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for typos in details you entered and approved. Please review your live preview carefully before checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we will correct it free of charge if production has not started.

Digital add-ons

Digital files are non-refundable once delivered, unless the file is faulty — then we will fix or refund it.

Non-personalized items

Items such as Smart Gadgets may be returned unused, in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.
