Henry Atelier ("we", "us") operates henryatelier.store. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you order, we receive your name, email, shipping address, phone (optional) and the personalization details you enter: date, time, location, names and a short title. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your full card number.
Star-map location lookup (Open-Meteo)
To draw your star map, the city or place name you type in the live preview is sent to the Open-Meteo Geocoding API (open-meteo.com) to obtain its latitude and longitude. Only the place name is sent — never your name, email or address. The coordinates are used solely to calculate star positions from the J2000 star catalog for your chosen date and time. We do not store this lookup separately, sell it, or use it for advertising.
How we use your data
To produce and ship your order (personalization details and shipping address are shared with our print partner Printify and its production facilities), to deliver digital add-ons, to send order updates and to answer your questions. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your rights (CCPA/CPRA and GDPR)
California residents and EU/UK residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither). Email henrrypro01@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Retention
We keep order information only as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle warranty requests and meet legal and tax obligations.
